Niagara Falls, ON
Niagara Falls State Park preserves the American-side rim of the gorge with well-maintained walkways, gardens and dramatic overlooks of the American and Horseshoe Falls. Goat Island, Bridal Veil Falls and the Observation Tower are all accessed from the park, which blends natural scenery with visitor amenities.
The park is family-friendly and compact, with trolley service, informative signage and easy access to attractions such as Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. It’s an excellent starting point for a full Niagara itinerary and is especially lovely at sunrise or sunset when light softens the spray and calmer crowds make for quiet contemplation.
