About Museum of Anthropology at UBC
The Museum of Anthropology (MOA) at UBC houses an outstanding collection of Indigenous art, including grand totem poles, carved canoes and ceremonial objects presented with contextual interpretation. The architecture and Great Hall frame these works with dramatic views across the forest toward the water, enhancing the visitor experience.
MOA’s exhibitions explore cultural continuity, history and contemporary Indigenous voices; plan for at least a half day to absorb the displays and outdoor sculpture court.
